Fundamentals Gr K-1

This program is for those young ones who are new to gymnatics. This class will increase fitness ( Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength), develop confidence and build fundamental movement skills necessary for participation in any physical activity and sports.



Mondays September 13th  - December 13th

3:15-4:15PM or 3:30-4:30 PM


Wednesdays September 15th - December 8th

3:15-4:15PM or 3:30-4:30PM


Saturdays September 18th - December 11th



Tuesdays September 21st - December 7th 3:30 - 4:30PM
