Fundamentals 1-3

1.5 hour program. Grades 1- 3 . This program will increase fitness ( Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength), develop confidence and build fundamental movement skills necessary for participation in any physical activity and sports.


Tuesday 3:30-5:00pm, or
Thursday 3:30-5:00pm
